Grand Park Kunming is a 5-minute walk from Da Guang Shopping Centre. It features 3 dining options, an outdoor pool and rooms with free Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy free welcome fruit upon check-in. Good clean room. Two cookies as complement and fruits. Buffet dinner was very good after whole day trip. But buffet not every day. Breakfast also very good. Free parking, but need take ticket on reception.

Good place to stay, with a 20 minutes walk to the central railway station in interesting areas, many parks nearby, and a big shopping mall approx 5 minutes by taxi. Restaurants and shops nearby and really a non-touristic area, that suited me very well. The positions on booking.com wee not correct, two taxitrips were needed to find the hotel, but once there, everything was ok. Remember to bring cash! ATM 10 minutes away.

Το Kunming Haitian Hotel βρίσκεται στο Kunming, σε απόσταση μόλις 2 λεπτών με τα πόδια από το σταθμό Tangzixiang του μετρό (γραμμή 2). Όλα τα δωμάτια έχουν θέα στην πόλη. The lady at reception who spoke English was simply amazing . Never have I met a person so suited to her profession in hospitality. She was so warm , professional and went above and beyond in helping us navigate our first trip to China . She is a credit to this hotel . I’m only sorry I can’t remember her name , but she is the one who speaks perfect English. She even accompanied us to the train station when we could not book the tickets at the hotels reception ! Amazing service !!
