We liked the very nice design and style of the hotel. The rooms are very new and the breakfast including the coffee was great.

New equipment and facilities. For the Japanese tourist, the electronic toilet was very appreciated!! Their antique style was also very beautiful. The location was very convenient, close to subway stations, not only Ding’an Road station(Line 1) but also Wushan Plaza station (Line 7). The area is touristic with a lot of restaurants and shopping malls. 10 minutes walk takes you to everywhere you need to go for your stay.

Located beside the beautiful West Lake in Eastern China, Grand Hyatt Hangzhou is well-equipped with fitness facilities, business centre and rooms with elegant interiors. The room was spacious and clean. The executive lounge was fantastic for a relaxing small meal, afternoon tea and snack. The hotel location was beside West Lake for a leisure walk to enjoy the beautiful scenery. At the same time the hotel was just next to the busy shopping and dining areas. You will be spoiled by the variety of shops and eateries. I highly recommend it to all visiting Hangzhou !

I have stayed here a couple of times. It is excellent value for money with comfortable, quiet rooms at a good price. Staffe are friendly and the location is 10 mina from the west lake and longxiaqi station.
