We liked the very nice design and style of the hotel. The rooms are very new and the breakfast including the coffee was great.

Canopy by Hilton Hangzhou West Lake has free bikes, fitness center, a garden and terrace in Hangzhou. The property features a bar, as well as a restaurant serving European cuisine. Great location, great staff. Joey, the hotel manager, was extremely helpful in getting us a free upgrade to the king loft with other amenities. Kids loved the two floors and we enjoyed the huge living room too! Will definitely book again!

It's just opposite the metro station line 1 Chengzhan station out from door A3. It's also direct line 1 to the airport. There is also a washing machine free of charge at the ground floor. The breakfast was good also.

Located beside the beautiful West Lake in Eastern China, Grand Hyatt Hangzhou is well-equipped with fitness facilities, business center and rooms with elegant interiors. Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of choices including Western and Chinese foods. My only complaint was that it was not included in the room price and seemed a little expensive (close to $30 USD).

Staffe are friendly and the location is 10 mina from the west lake and longxiaqi station.
