El hotel estaba prolijo, limpio y todo funcionaba pero pretende un poco más de lo que es. El personal fue atento pero no hablaba mucho inglés, aunque eso se maneja. Sin desayuno pero en la zona hay opciones, tanto chinas como cafés.

The room was spacious and clean. The executive lounge was fantastic for a relaxing small meal, afternoon tea and snack. The hotel location was beside West Lake for a leisure walk to enjoy the beautiful scenery. At the same time the hotel was just next to the busy shopping and dining areas. You will be spoiled by the variety of shops and eateries. I highly recommend it to all visiting Hangzhou !
