Excellent service. Facilities looked very well maintained. Excellent breakfast. We were on our anniversary trip and we got flowers, sweets and fruits when we arrived. Also when we came back from sightseeing we had a bottle a complimentary wine waiting for us. We had a great spa experience. Also decided to have in room dinning and when we asked for another bottle of wine, we go that also complimentary. What a exceptional service level. Thanks for making this a memorable trip for us 😊👍

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Staff are amazing, truly can't do enough for you. Location, perfect, meters away from bars, restaurants, shopping and short walk (5mins) to the gardens and west lake. Rooms are spacious & comfortable, they are also fully equipped with everything you need from coffee, tea, toiletries & steamer for clothes.

Great service, comfy room, the breakfast was a great experience since it happen in the highest floor and was of good quality, as well as it has a good location to get to everywhere, hence I will totally repeat when I come back.

Matatagpuan sa maunlad na lugar ng Pinghai Road, limang minutong lakad ang layo ng Hangzhou Metropark International Hotel mula sa magandang West Lake at 500 metro lang ang layo mula sa Longxiangqiao... I have stayed here a couple of times. It is excellent value for money with comfortable, quiet rooms at a good price. Staffe are friendly and the location is 10 mina from the west lake and longxiaqi station.
