Located in the heart of the city, Midtown Shangri-La, Hangzhou amazes you with well-furnished guestrooms, exquisite cuisine at the 4 on-site restaurants and luxurious banquet halls. Excellent service. Facilities looked very well maintained. Excellent breakfast. We were on our anniversary trip and we got flowers, sweets and fruits when we arrived. Also when we came back from sightseeing we had a bottle a complimentary wine waiting for us. We had a great spa experience. Also decided to have in room dinning and when we asked for another bottle of wine, we go that also complimentary. What a exceptional service level. Thanks for making this a memorable trip for us 😊👍

Location was excellent and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. Service was great. Our family stayed in 3 rooms on the 5th floor and the person in charge of cleaning did an amazing job. She came every day of our 9 day stay and cleaned and refilled amenities. Top service!

Hotellet ligger i det velstående område, Pinghai Road, og Hangzhou International Hotel, blot 5 minutters gang fra den naturskønne Vestsø og 500 meter fra Longxiangqiao Station (linje 1). I have stayed here a couple of times. It is excellent value for money with comfortable, quiet rooms at a good price. Staffe are friendly and the location is 10 mina from the west lake and longxiaqi station.
