Melody (at the reception) was really helpful and compensated for our inability to speak to mandarin. She organised all the tours for us and was very patient with us. We were upgraded for free and there is free tap water and breakfast included. The hotel is set in a really nice location which is tranquil, though you will need a bike or DiDi to get into town.

Situated in Guilin, 600 metres from Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, Riverside Wing Hotel Guilin features accommodation with a shared lounge, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. One of the nicest place I have ever stayed in. The rooms with river view are just splendid, the location is perfect and the staff is fantastic. I stayed there multiple times and loved it each time.

The whole team treat us as friends - they are responsive, caring, and always thinking from our shoes. Spacious room, decent design, and comfortable bedding. Bathtub is the highlight. Excellent breakfast - the best Guilin noodles with fresh fruits and juices every morning. Wellness guide - they recommended and brought us to nice cafe and great bath places.

The location is very central, next to the main shopping street and to the lake with pagodas. A lot of food options nearby. Very efficient and friendly, English speaking staff, that helped us when we forgot some items in the hotel. They have shipped it to our next destination. We used travel agency in the hotel to arrange a trip to the rice terraces. Rich breakfast with many options for everybody. Comfortable and clean rooms. We are very happy with our stay

Hotel's located near the bus station, so it is very easy to get to famous tourist destinations. Moutain view room is very beautiful, surrounding scenery also beautiful. Hotel staff can speak English pretty well.♥️♥️
