Xiufeng, Guilin – hotely

Positioned along Taohua River, Secret Courtyard Resort Hotel boasts a Chinese-style courtyard and is located in Lujia Village, just 2 km from downtown Guilin. Excellent view. Rooms were very nicely decorated with attention to detail. Noodles with complementary breakfast were my favorite of the trip. Excellent communication from staff.

Melody (at the reception) was really helpful and compensated for our inability to speak to mandarin. She organised all the tours for us and was very patient with us. We were upgraded for free and there is free tap water and breakfast included. The hotel is set in a really nice location which is tranquil, though you will need a bike or DiDi to get into town.

This is very close to Reed Flute cave and an excellent restaurant just next door. The receptionist was very helpful in moving me to a room with view as had appeared in the search. She also went beyond to help me organise a carpool for my onward journey. Lovely quiet location.

Rooms were spacious and clean. It was extremely convenient as the hotel is near Food Street and Twin Tower. Highly recommended to stay here if you are visiting gui lin.

Hotel's located near the bus station, so it is very easy to get to famous tourist destinations. Moutain view room is very beautiful, surrounding scenery also beautiful. Located conveniently in the heart of the city, Zhengyang Inn offers accommodation in Guilin. Free WiFi is accessible in the public areas. Great location - right next to the pedestrian street. Best part was Jenny who helped us out so much during our stay, including recommending things to do and helping us book our tours. The rooms are very cute and clean!
