Melody (at the reception) was really helpful and compensated for our inability to speak to mandarin. She organised all the tours for us and was very patient with us. We were upgraded for free and there is free tap water and breakfast included. The hotel is set in a really nice location which is tranquil, though you will need a bike or DiDi to get into town.

Excellent breakfast - the best Guilin noodles with fresh fruits and juices every morning. Wellness guide - they recommended and brought us to nice cafe and great bath places.
