The hotel was in a wonderful location, very close to the old town and bus/metro routes. The staff were warm and welcoming and went out of their way to help us. The restaurant and bar were excellent as were the rooms.

The standout feature of my stay was undeniably the exceptional staff. Bochra and Aiguerim went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my time there. Upon arrival, they generously upgraded my room to accommodate my request for a peaceful environment, and it made all the difference. Additionally, despite my early arrival at around Ten in the morning, they kindly facilitated an early check-in at no extra cost, understanding my exhaustion from a long train journey. Their thoughtfulness and dedication truly exemplify the quality of service at this establishment. Aside from the outstanding staff, the hotel's prime location, right next to Lausanne Central Station and with a bus stop nearby, made getting around a piece of cake. Overall, while the hotel itself offers a pleasant experience, it is truly the exceptional staff that sets it apart. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile make this establishment a standout choice for who are seeking not just accommodation, but genuine hospitality.
