It was absolutely spotless, extremely comfortable, and had everything you need. The host also provides a fridge in the room which was super handy. Not only that, it was only a short walk from places like the Bear Pit, Old Town, multiple viewpoints, and the river, or a short bus/tram journey to the main train station. I absolutely loved every minute of my stay here, and the host was absolutely lovely- even when I managed to have issues with the door at gone 10pm, she was nothing but helpful and kind! I couldn't recommend staying here more, it truly felt like a home away from home. I can't understand how it isn't fully booked constantly! (My second night, I was the only one there!) If you're looking for a place to stay in Bern, honestly look no further!

The house where you will be staying is refined and beautiful, located in a very elegant, quiet neighbourhood and just a few minutes away from a few bus/tram stops, or about a 20 minute walk from the city centre. The host is really kind and very nice, polite and unobtrusive; she gave me many useful tips on how to get around the city. The room I stayed in is very spacious and clean, as is the bathroom (which is shared with the other room; in my case there were no other guests, so it was all to myself). There is also a room where you can get coffee, tea, water and chocolates. The breakfast is excellent: continental; among other things, I enjoyed homemade jams and fresh bread and brioche. If I return to Bern, this will be my first choice of accommodation. Also highly recommended for the quality/price ratio of lodgings in Bern.

Apartments Justingerweg er indrettet i jugendstil og ligger 10 minutters gang fra den gamle bydel, klokketårnet og domkirken. We made reservations for a spacious studio-like room/appartment, but at arrival immediately got an upgrade to a very big (4 bedroom) appartment (since it wasn't occupied by others anyway, according to the landlady). Very kind and thoughtful! All facilities and comfort you could think of were present and the appartment is at walking distance to the city centre (10-15 minutes). Very helpful and kind hostess. For us this is an absolute 10 (also if we wouldn't have gotten the upgrade).

Beautiful central Apartment ligger i Bern, 1,3 km fra Bern Klokketårn og 1,1 km fra Münster Domkirke, og har udsigt til haven. The location was perfect with buses every 5-6minutes to the Bern station. The bus runs via all Bern city attractions. There was a grocery shop in 3 minutes walk which is very convenient.

The location amazing, take a two minute walk and you are in the city center! The apartment was very clean, it had all the utilities and the bed was very comfortable. There is also an Apple TV in the living room. Despite the location of the apartment was a little above street level, it was very quiet. Host was kind and responsive.

One Suite Hotel - Zollhaus ligger i Bern, 90 m fra Bärengraben og mindre end 1 km fra Bern Klokketårn. Der tilbydes indkvartering med gratis wi-fi i en historisk bygning. The hotel was so comfy that it felt like home away from home! The location cannot get any better and is right at the bridge of the Aare river, offering stunning views. Everything you need is at your door step- restaurants for delicious local food, leafy forests for hiking, and beautiful old city centre for shopping/ tourism. The living space itself is beautiful- historic with a modern twist. There is an entrance hall, living room with a comfy sofa, 2 lovely bathrooms with large beautiful modern showers, a comfortable kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine (which makes delicious coffee 24/7), a bedroom with a closet, a small adjusted tv room, and a beautiful spiral staircase. As per other reviewers, there were a lot of tourists around the hotel during the busy hours of the day, but it did not disturb us. The rooms in the first floor, including the bedroom, are well- hidden from the view. The rooms in the ground floor area (kitchen & living room) have transparent window curtains, which do a perfect job of preserving your privacy, while allowing light inside. The noise levels were minimal on the ground floor and almost non-existent on the 1st floor, where the bedroom is. Towels in the bathrooms were large and soft, and you also get slippers and bathrobes. The place is very clean and tidy with daily housekeeping visits. There also were loads of windows, which was great for airing. Breakfast was good, and was delivered contactless to your door in cute boxes and bottles. It included traditional Swiss selection of regular cold meats, cheeses, breads, fresh milk and yogurts, croissants, granola/ cornflakes, juices, and at times also fresh fruit platters with strawberries etc. Throughout the stay, we felt very welcome and well taken care of- the hotel staff went above and beyond. A special thanks to Sara, and to the rest of the team who have made this stay unforgettable! P.S. Watching bears was also a bonus!

Large room, the garden is beautiful and well setup for having a quiet space, the kitchen is set up with everything required, bathroom and toilet were spacious and clean … Evelyn is very easy to communicate with and was very informative when I arrived and in letting me know when the other room on the floor would be occupied…Evelyn was also very helpful on my last night in phoning taxi companies to book for the following morning… I enjoyed my stay here very much. The location was handy for walking to and from the city, and the attractions that I wanted to see … it is close to the river and a lot of scenic places to see and walk around.. Bern is quite hilly so for moving about with luggage, a taxi or bus is suggested …
