Hotel splnil naše očekávání. Bohužel pobyt byl ovlivněn covidovou situací. Vynikající umístění, blízkost centra apod. Personál velmi milý a ochotný.

Just outstanding. Everything was perfect, Staff is friendly, the room was great with a fancy but practical layout. So far the best Hotel we have been in North America. Unfortunately for the next day they have been fully booked otherwise we had extended our stay.

Offering a heated outdoor lap pool and hot tub, L'Hermitage Hotel includes rooms with a flat-screen TV. Vancouver City Centre SkyTrain is 300 m away. Beautiful and comfortable room. Bath tube and pool amazing. I love every single detail at the hotel.

Across the street from the Vancouver Art Gallery, this hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Robson Street Shopping District. It offers an indoor saltwater lap pool, a spa and 24-hour room service. This was one of my best experiences in Vancouver; the hotel itself. The staff are very welcoming, especially Mr. Kentin in the front disk. I have been assisted at every stage of my visit starting with my check in, spa access, concierge service .. etc. Highly recommended and worth the value.

Room, service, staff, concierge, bar: all was perfect. We chose this location because the experience was good on our last stay, and it was good again. We will come back.
