Welcoming from the second you arrive. Accommodated a very early check in and at short notice. The hotel does a great job at being very elegant and sophisticated but doesn’t feel stuffy and has a great atmosphere. If you’re coming to Rio, I wouldn’t have any second thoughts about staying here. I’ve been to Emiliano, Sheraton and Hyatt in Rio and they don’t even come close!

The staff was just amazing, they speak and understand Spanish and English very good, great recommendations for tours and they can arrange everything. The breakfast was delicious and the pool is small but has an incredible view. I was traveling alone and felt so safe, I'm very happy with my stay.
