All of the staff were so helpful always and very friendly and chatty. They even helped me to print out some paperwork. Having a pool in Belo Horizonte was such a bonus too. Rooms are cleaned everyday too.

Very close to various shops, restaurants and one major shopping mall of BH. The breakfast is very good. The personnel is kind and polite. It's a place that definitely needs to be considered if one needs to spend some time in Belo Horizonte.
