The hotel is ideally situated for the airport and was easy to find. The Check-in process was really efficient and the staff were very helpful and spoke very good English. Rooms were excellent with everything you could need, very modern and stylish. We went to the mall that's within walking distance where there's plenty of places to eat and lot's of opportunity to shop. We had booked an overnight stay before getting our flight back home to the UK. We'd definitely recommend this hotel to people who are wanting somewhere before or after a flight. We'd also definitely stay here again when in Sofia.

I very much enjoyed the big comfortable bed and spacious room with great view. There were a few complimentary drinks in the mini-bar. The staff was polite enough to show me the terrace on the 9th floor, from where a spectacular view to Vitosha mountains opens.
