Van der Valk Hotel Gent is a stone's throw from the city centre, close to both the E17 and E40 motorways. The location was perfect! The supermarket was really close and the stadium was near as well so we didn't have to take any mode of transport to get there. The Bus station which takes you to the centre of Ghent and also its train station was also near so I'd say the hotel's in the perfect location. The staff was really helpful too and the room was brilliant!

The truth is that the hotel and its facilities were super comfortable, the buffet breakfast was really good and very varied, the staff was very attentive and friendly.

Ideally located near to St Pieters railway station but also in a very quiet neighbourhood. parking available on the street outside the property (we had a van).
