Set in a residential area a 10-minute walk from the historical centre of Ghent, The Aparthotel Castelnou offers spacious accommodation, an on-site à la carte restaurant and a garden terrace. It was quiet! Knowing how loud Ghent can get, I asked for a quiet room and was given a room in a corner facing the garden, with a bedroom separated from the corridor.

Hotell The Boatel asub Gentis, 800 meetri kaugusel Püha Bavo katedraalist. Paadis on tasuta Wi-Fi-ühendus. Tubades on privaatne vannituba, kus on dušikabiin ja tasuta tualetitarbed. Fun stay on a boat on a canal. Great host, clean and updated room, ducks at the porthole, fabulous breakfast. What a treat!

The apartment is very lean so at first sight, it looks minimalistic but it’s actually very modern and well-equipped with really cool gadgets. My family had so much fun discovering them. The coffee machine looked intimidating at first but once it’s warmed up, select your desired cup size & coffee strength. I instinctively pressed a button with a cup icon and voila, it made my coffee. There’s designated icons on a pad to turn lights on or off. These icons are self-explanatory. So If you wanna enable the tv, then press the tv icon. Select the shower icon to control lights in the shower or the stairs icon to light up the stairs. You get the point. And if you’re wondering where the towels might be, just slide the bathroom door closed. I assure you, you’ll find them. The property is within walking distance to the city square’s Xmas market. If you’re coming by car like we did, it’s best to go to the property first to drop off your belongings, pick up the parking pass (they call it badge) then park your car. The parking is only a few minutes walk to the property. The kitchen has all you need to do your cooking. You just gotta find them. I say this with amusement because they are strategically placed and stored. We slept very well here. It’s super clean and it has a very relaxing vibe. The hosts are very good at what they do. Tom sent us all the info we needed prior to arrival and Jurgen, who handed us the keys, helped us carry our luggages and gave us the warmest welcome. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it. And if you’re a fan of Apple gadgets, well, you’ll know what I mean...

A very beautiful design studio equipped with all necessities. Great location, walking distance from many great restaurants and city center. Parking was available and well organized. Owners were lovely and very helpful providing many tips! Would 100% recommend!

Staff have been great to communicate with. It’s a massive property with all the amenity you could ever need. Short walk to major train station, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Property is clean and tidy, nice neighbourhood with no concerns about safety. Very happy with our stay for a young family. would come here again next time we visit Ghent.

It is a nice walk to the city centre and the breakfasts are tasty with a nice mix of interesting people to meet from around the world. The self check-in was simple and easy to use.

Renèe is a wonderful hosteller, kind and welcoming. Tea and coffee in the room, kitchen in the hall. Quiet and warm room. Close to the railway and bus station.

Situated within the Macharius-Heirnis district in Ghent, Wonderful stay Monet has air conditioning, a balcony, and lake views. With river views, this accommodation provides a patio. The location of the facility is within walking distance of the city center. The apartment has everything you need and will make you feel at home. I would especially recommend families with children to stay here, you will be very comfortable. communication with host is also extremely good. It was a perfect holiday

Very nice accommodation, walking distance from 15 minutes to the city of Ghent. Two smaller bedrooms up stairs, one big bedroom down stairs. Good kitchen and living room. Small cafe on the corner of the street.
