The building was renovated recently and was well-appointed but also kept a lot of old-world charm. The location was ideal for exploring the old town of Ghent. The room was large and the artwork throughout the hotel was unique and interesting. A salon with comfortable furnishings and an outdoor terrace provided nice communal spaces to relax. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and featured tasty homemade cakes and jams.

Excellent location. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel was very welcoming. Great to have a luggage storage facility for if you arrive early or leave later that day, which is great if you’re wanting to head to Bruges for a couple of hours. Nearby to all main attractions with everything being walking distance. The team stops just around the corner from the main train station. Highly recommend!

O Hotel Cathedral disponibiliza quartos espaçosos no centro histórico de Gante, a cerca de 200 metros da Catedral de São Bavão e das famosas Três Torres de Gante. The position is great!!! Just few steps from the city centre, yet very easy to reach by car from the highways. Huge breakfast with everything you love, sweet and salted, fresh and yummy! We were in a family room, with a small kitchen, 2 wide rooms with a beautiful light, 2 bathrooms, everything shiny and clean and fresh...i wish my home was so tidy! There was a great fridge with beers at the entrance, such a flemish warm welcome!!!! We had a car and we were offered to park it in the garage that was great becouse parking places are aways busy in Gent!
