Ho fatto una ricerca meticolosa su tutti gli alberghi di Baku e ho scelto questo hotel per il rapporto qualità-prezzo e per la posizione perfetta nella città vecchia di Baku. Ma la realtà ha superato alla grande tutte le nostre aspettative. Tutto lo staff, assolutamente tutti quanti, dai ragazzi alla reception alle signore delle pulizie, sono stati incredibili. Sempre alla mano, disponibili a ogni nostra richiesta (organizzate il transfer, il servizio di lavanderia, accompagnarci a cambiare i soldi etc) addirittura hanno accontento la nostra richiesta a fare il torneo di Nardi, un gioco antico di Azerbaijan che si gioca spesso in famiglia. È impossibile di non innamorarsi del piccolo gattino che vive nell'albergo. Tigre, cosi lo abbiano chiamato, è molto amato da tutti i clienti e sopratutto dallo staff. Non potevo scegliere l'albergo migliore per il nostro viaggio! Tutto lo staff ci ha fatto sentire a casa! Per il mio compleanno che si è festeggiato durante il viaggio, lo staff mi ha regalato un incredibile mazzo di fiori. Ragazzi, siete i migliori! Grazie di cuore! The location of the hotel is just awesome: all the places of interest in the Old City are just 5-10 mins by foot, there are several good restaurants nearby, it's easy to get out to the most crowded streets with the bustling night life, but you still stay in the quiet place. The room is simple but cozy, everything necessary is here, rooms are clean and well maintained. Btw, it was warm in the room in Feb. Cleaning was done every day. What should be mentioned in bold is the exceptionally polite and helpful personnel of the hotel. If you plan to stay in Baku - I strongly advise this hotel.

The staff at the front desk were outstanding in their professionalism and warmth. The rooms were spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, the heated bathroom floor added a touch of unexpected luxury. A special mention must be made of the staff member in the breakfast room. Her commitment to service was truly remarkable, as evidenced by her arriving 1.5 hours early to ensure we had a fresh breakfast on the day of our departure. This level of dedication was both extraordinary and heartwarming. In summary, this hotel combines comfortable, affordable accommodations with great service. The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, from the front desk to the breakfast room greatly enhanced our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel.
