The hotel is amazing! excellent location in the city center, next to the old town! Nice modern room and excellent mattresses which were not soft! The windows cannot be opened but air con was perfect.

Conveniently located in the Sabayil district of Baku, Hillside City Center Hotel is set 1 km from Maiden Tower, less than 1 km from Flame Towers and a 13-minute walk from Upland Park. I like the genuine helpfulness of the staff - very hospitable employees demonstrating the local culture. My room was clean and warm. I felt safe in general, as a solo female traveller. Special thanks to Mr. Edvin who went beyond his duties to make my stay easy in Baku.

Very close to cute souviner stores, resturants, historic sites. The service was also impeccable. The guys on reception/administration were extremely helpful, polite, kind - particularly Eldar who helped us with suitcases and all requests/questions. The buffet breakfast was nice and the chef brought over to us a lovely traditional dish which was a very nice surprise.

Staffs are tremendously nice and helpful. Location in the old city is great and we can easily access seashore and major sights in old city. Btw the room decoration is really good and vintage. The furniture and electronic appliances are carefully selected in the room and brought you back to old time. I never used a flush toilet in gold color before :p

Excellent service, alll the staff were very accommodating and professional. Ruslan was very kind and helpful he went out of his way to help us get settled, Ashithi and Vladimir were amazing too. If you're an art lover, this place is super artsy, very unique. The food was very flavorful out of all the restaurants I explored in Baku this was my no. 1. Great location if you're looking for a hotel in the old town.
