The location was excellent; I was allocated a 2 bed apartment with beautiful views of the harbour - bridge and opera house. The apartment was clean and very well provisioned and, to be honest, I could have stayed there for weeks. The pool and sun deck were beautiful, and the restaurant meals were delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. All in all, I would highly recommend.

I arrived in Sydney on the "Queen Victoria" and the location of the Mercantile Hotel near The Rocks where the ship docked was perfect. I would also mention that the internet at the hotel was exceptional.

Located in the historic Rocks district, Sydney Harbour Hotel (formerly Rydges Sydney Harbour) boasts a rooftop swimming pool offering views of Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. We absolutely loved the location...so close to many of the activities and places that we had planned to visit. The facilities were comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We loved the Happy Hour in the lobby bar...met some nice, friendly people. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships come and go out our window. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sydney!!
