Working from the apartment (home office) works perfectly as the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. The bed is really comfortable and the little touches of decoration show the host cares for the apartment. The photos are accurate, all listed amnesties are in the apartment and working. Communication with the host is fast and uncomplicated. Highly recommended!

Can not fault. Communication prior to arrival was excellent, and the apartment is near a tram that goes directly to town.

Rafael Kaiser Premium Apartments offers units with air conditioning, a shared or private roof terrace, free WiFi and an underfloor heating system. Although some elements of the apartment's equipment cannot be classified as "premium" class, the room as such is comfortable, furnished in a practical and modern way. The management team deserves special praise, as it meets every request and provides professional information about the stay. Satisfaction is high.

Apartment is very clean, cosy and well equiped with everything you may need! Host is extremly nice, helpful and easy to comunicate. Supermarket is across the street, and there are a couple of restaurants and fast food stands in close vicinity. Number of public transport lines, including subway, are just a few minutes away. Great location but very quiet and peacefull. Overall very satisfied, highly recommend!

The apartment is indeed fully equipped. There was nothing missing. The location is great - just a few minutes walk from the subway.
