Great location, in the center of events. Excellent, friendly staff. Large, comfortable bed, aristocratic room. Great option with the parking lot of the opera (half price if you pay at the hotel).

The self check-in was smooth and easy as clear instruction was given. The apartment was nice, spacious and clean. It was bigger than what we've expected. Location was superb! It took less than 5 mins to reach the Opera House, and so close to other places of interest too. A supermarket, underground station, places to eat were all just a few steps away.

Very spacious even though we were only there to sleep. Clean!! Lisa was very attentive in responding as I requested early check in and she accommodated with cleaning people arriving earlier. It was a great location for attractions, shopping and transportation!!
