Loved everything about this hotel! The interiors of the rooms were so tastefully done. The toilet had water jet options. And the location was the BEST. Everyplace we wanted to visit was just a 5 minute walk from here. Highly recommend this place.

Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth is located in the heart of Vienna, only a few steps away from Vienna's best-known landmark, St. Stephen's Cathedral. I could not get enough of this hotel as everything was just so nice! The room was BIG for a solo traveler, and so was the bathroom, the tub, the space - it was like a studio apartment I could live in it! Hotel design was chic, very Victorian, and has so much history. Location - it was right smack in the middle of the city centre, so food and shopping options are aplenty. Tourist attractions were also very near the area (the Opera, St Stephen Cathedral, the Hofburg, Albertina). I asked for suggestions re dinner places (as I went on my birthday), and the staff went beyond by giving me a list to choose from! Unlike the usual practice of directing people to touristy spots, they suggested places (some, hole-in-the-wall ones) offering authentic Viennese delights. Managed to visit two of them (both were great!); the others were either packed to the brim when I tried to visit or they were closed for the day.

Great hotel’s location next to St. Stephan’s Cathedral. Hotel is historic and has special touch to it. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was huge! Breakfast was also very good; hot dishes selection was available for ordering (no extra cost). I would stay here again.

The place is very nice, new, clean and spacious. Staff were super friendly, beautiful room and spacious with high tech. The place is 5 mins walking to downtown. I loved it and for sure will stay there next time.

The hotel is brand new and luxurious. It is in the heart of the city. The staff is amazing anyone from the checkin desk, concierge, restaurant, house keeping, etc. Truly amazing experience!
