The Scherer is a traditional, family-run 4-star hotel in a quiet residential area, only a 15-minute walk along the Salzach River from Salzburg’s Old Town. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room and also the hotel is very clean. I highly recommend it.

Great view, large space and very good cost performance . Breakfast is just amazing . Parking is easy , just in front of the hotel and 10euro/day.

The place is excellent, cozy and warm. The room was clean and tidy, was lovely. The stuff was super friendly and helpful! I’d recommended for families and couples.
