A real gem in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, a great neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. We got an amazing room at the top floor with a beautiful view and it was also really quite. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The staff at the reception (Cami & Adrian) were exceptional, so helpful and friendly, by far the best staff we have met on our trip!

Located in the centre of Palermo Hollywood, Fierro Hotel Boutique offers modern and spacious rooms with free WiFi access, an iPod docking station, a coffee machine and a smart TV. Very well designed facility. The rooms were also well designed. Location was great. Tasty breakfast. Lovely garden. Staff were very cooperative and supportive especially for a slightly late check out.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Juan is by far my favorite. He gave me recommendations on where to go, printed out a list of secondary places to go while in La Boca and San Telmo. He was a great help. I didn't get her name, but the young blonde lady, was very friendly every evening and even printed my Colonia Experess ferry confirmation. The lady with shorter hair helped me open the safe when I too stupid to figure it out. The balcony was beautiful to relax after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and proved and great nights sleep. The neighborhood is beautiful and eclectic, with many nice restaurants, bars ,etc...The jacuzzi and gym area are very nice as well.
