The most amazing hotel we have ever stayed at! Great staff, amazing rooms and so much more. We had an early morning flight and couldn’t come down for their breakfast, and instead they brought breakfast to our room for no extra charge. Also, went out of their way to help my husband find his lost sunglasses. They go out of their way to help and make your stay super comforting! Another perk of this hotel is the east access to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and the metro. All the different tours available in Dubai are more than happy to pick you up from this central location too!

Address Dubai Mall, situated in downtown Dubai, overlooks the Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, Address Dubai Mall features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor... We stayed at hotel with family and had a great time. My son loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa from our balcony. The staff were really friendly and even gave the kid some special chocolates. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

Michael and Pamela, Kaiser are so nice. They allowed us to stay in the other room before check in.
