I remember arriving quite early in the morning and we were actually prepared to leave our luggage in their storage area as it wasn't their check-in time yet. But to our surprise, they checked us straight into our room which we though was very nice of them. As we were travelling in a group of 5, we have also requested for an additional bed in our room and the staff was super efficient in setting this up for us as well. We were out again to explore the area in less than an hour after checking in. Throughout our entire stay, the staff have always been really friendly and helpful towards us, and their housekeeping staff were great at keeping our room clean and extremely tidy at all times. There is also a free scheduled shuttle bus that guests can take to go to Emirates Mall and back which was very convenient.
