The breakfast was an excellent addition as well as the location. The pool and dining area were both amazing after a busy day walking around the city. Close to the market by cab and a lovely gift shop right at the hotel.

Good location to shop at the Markets and township. The price reflected the accommodation. It was tidy and clean and suited us for the night before heading off to Savaii. The staff were accommodating and helpful.

Breakfast is okay if only we have a cafeteria for the guests to enjoy their breakfast instead of inside the room coz there's no dinning table except to sit outside the room.
Location is nice but we need a bigger parking lot for the guests sometimes we don't have a parking spot. It's unfair for us guests to park on the road and we are paying for the room and to make sure our car is in good hands.

Accommodating to my Father who was in a wheel chair and required disability facilities. Breakfast variety was amazing and they would change it up every other day. Room service was prompt and the food tasted delicious. Pool was great for the kids and easy access to the beach. The rooms were clean and were closer to the reception area. Great customer service from the point of entry until we left the resort.

How comfortable and huge the house was. It was lovely to have met the Boss Lady Isabella Ah Chong. She made us feel we were at our own home. The location was on point, and it was very affordable.

Apia is a great holiday destination to visit for those that want somewhere to relax. The people are friendly and helpful but do be aware of going to markets. They have locals prices and tourist prices, possibly even in stores as well. So if you know a local there, that will work to your advantage. It is also an advantage if you can learn some key phrases before you go. The locals really appreciate it when they see tourists who are learning or trying to speak their language.

If you want to visit paradise this is the place.
If you want to visit paradise this is the place. I don't like that they use paper straws everywhere. They have good local food. Food was perfect, be aware it's hot so come prepare with summer clothes and gears.
Make sure to get a spacious good rental car. Its easy to get around, you can also use Google map. Fish and chips at the fish market is really good🤗👌Also stop by at Revive Restaurants at Vaitele best burgers but, if you're a coffee lover stop by at Coffee Roaster in Togafu'afu'a Apia they have the best coffee in town🤗😎👌👌God's blessings always💙🙏

Our Samoan experience was truly unforgettable, immersed in the beauty of the island, vibrant local vibes, warm hospitality of the Samoan people, and rich cultural encounters. The overall adventure was incredible; however, the drawback was the somewhat excessive pricing and a bit of disappointment with the food offerings.

It's good to get out of town and experience the real cultural life style. You never been to samoa if you don't visit Savaii. Amanaki restaurant got the best menu, decent prices, friendly staff. Pretty easy to wake around town it's not that big. Avoid walking around in town after dark.🤣🤣🤣

When going sightseeing make sure your ready to pay for things such as taking photos of waterfalls etc which we didn’t mind as it was only $5 tala person in the car and any way to make money for the Samoan people is well spent. There are signs where you pay.
Is definitely a bonus and makes the trip easier if you have at least one person in our group who speaks the language.
The best meal we had was when we attended the Island Grill in Apia. Absolutely delicious food wonderful customer service fast and priced reasonable.
Don’t go to the Casino in Apia. It should never have been out there. If people want to gamble you will never win there and it is supporting the wrong cause.
Markets were great and lots of souvenirs to take home for the family. Good prices and most people friendly.
If you have a weak stomach be careful where you are getting food from. Avoid the stores or road foods.
We found hiring a car from the airport and drop off was convenient if you have someone who can drive. We used Moana rentals. The car wasn’t full on pickup from the airport and had quite a few scratches but if you take photos before leaving the airport you will be fine. Drinking a round is a little hectic but once your used to it your fine.
If you are looking for a party go to the Hotel Millenia Fridays and Saturdays they have a live band. Bar staff require some customer service training and drinks can be a little warm late in the night as they usually run out.
Staying at the Vaea Hotel in Samoa was an experience beyond compare, truly a hidden gem in the heart of the Pacific. Lupe and Dean are amazing hosts who go out of their way to make sure our stay was smooth. From helping to connect me with best local spots and hidden treasures of Samoa and arranging bookings for restaurants to the yummy cocktails they served at night - embodied the serene, laid-back essence of Samoan culture. The hosts really made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued.
Very grateful for the owners for being understanding and assisting as much as possible with an unexpected emergency on the first night of our stay, they made sure my kids were comfortable until we checked out, earlier than expected. A cosy homestead setting surrounded by lovely real Samoa ‘feel’ beach fales. Breakfast was great. The pool is cleaned daily and refreshing. Staff very hospitable.
Tanoa is one of the best hotels in Apia. This is where you want to stay. Some of the staff like Roneeta, Temple and some others were really helpful. Thank you again.
The hotel is a refuge and quite comfortable.
We arrived with short notice and there are limited hotel rooms in Apia. The hotel staff worked extra to accommodate us. Thank you
The property was wonderfully cool in the main area as there was a great through draft.
The pool was clean and warm.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The manageress Aulafo Telamon was particularly helpful making sure we made the most of our time in Samoa, advising us where the best place to visit. Helping to get us a good car hire.
Object run by very nice and helpful personnel, located in the perfect place- in the middle of rain forest. The main reason of my travel was to observe Samoa's birds- I'm sure you can't find any better place for this kind of activity on this island. There is a free shuttle running to Apia and back every day, excluding Sundays.
The place is beautiful and staff very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious and everywhere in the city is a $5-$10tala taxi away. The restaurant at the hotel is technically a separate business but served delicious food!
Fantastic central location. The main market is across the street. You can walk to the central business district. The hotel is co-located with a furniture company, so the mattresses were very good. Plenty of hot water, wi-fi was good too.
Location.
Pasta dish was a good meal and size.
Complimentary breakfast. Makes the difference. Would be nice to have some Samoan dishes in there like Koko Alaina or Vaisalo. Our days there had no samoan dishes.
The Staff are very friendly and approachable. Very accommodating with requests. The Breakfast is fresh and tasty. Koko alaisa and supoesi very good. Please maintain the Samoa dishes you are currently serving.
During our holiday and experience in different hotels in samoa, White House is the best service with friendly and welcoming staff, Brenda is truly amazing, very helpful, and kind. Thank you so much.
Great location in Apia next to a major supermarket. The apartment was spacious, clean and ready for us when we arrived. Owner was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.
Quiet, central location. Didn't know breakfast was included - nice surprise on arrival. Room was comfortable, clean. Nice to have the safe for valuables. Loved the pool. Lovely staff!
The value of the place is very good and the staff very kind. They are very accommodating and I think this is a good place to start or end your travel in Samoa for a very good price !
Location and the property. Near Frankies Supermarket and easy to flag a taxi in the road. Not far from town and cost $7 WST to travel to town. Well ventilated with comfortable stay.
