Hosts are lovely- welcoming and helpful. Love the historic neighborhood and property. They’re still renovating but it’s already very cool. Great vibe mixing some modern elements while respecting the gorgeous vintage bones of the mansion.

Apparently if you leave your vehicle unlocked everything in it will be stolen from the hotel parking lot. There is a homeless shelter about 200 ft from the hotel. I do think it was extremely overpriced for what it was, but as I said, it was next door to Proctors and the was the main reason I chose this hotel. Breakfast was also very good.

The room was nicely done and bathroom looked to have been recently remodeled, but used more lighting in it. The carpets looked a little worn but are clean. The breakfast is nothing to fancy, the coffee is very good. It is quiet and a little of the interstate, but that not a bad thing. We will most definitely stay again.
