Our family trip was for universal studios. And this hotel is perfect, morning drive was 12-15 minutes depending on traffic but the drive back in the evening was about 5-8 minutes. Staff were all great. Breakfast was delicious. When we go back to universal we are definitely booking our stay here again.

We came 2 pm hoping for early check in cause we really need the room badly unfortunately Steven said its not yet ready and we are 2nd in line and then we waited till 3 pm and came back. When I approached again steven he said i am sorry its not yet ready they still cleaning it up and the last customers left 12nn.. I answered but its already 3 pm according to your system check in at 3 pm. But he said oh you need to wait and I answered him no i cant wait anymore I really need the room badly we are really tired..and then he said let me call my supervisor and told me to wait for couple of minutes cause its gonna be ready..and then the room that he gave was the worst the whole time of staying there was like theres a nursery school upstairs on top of us which is the 3rd room i mean i left the house just to relax and this is what happened restless the whole night and early morning cause they keep on running and running upstairs..ridiculous for a rate of more than $400..maybe if i get cheaper price in another it would be better and peaceful..i am sorry but this is gonna be 1st and the last for this place
