Cute place. Near the Aztec Ruins and the River walk. Restaurants nearby.
Young lady at the check in was very friendly and willing to assist.
Room was small but everything needed was there.
Pinon Hill Golf Club & Riverview are great. Plenty of outside activities to do. Farmington Lake is the best! Plenty of Native American places to explore/navigate. Bike trails are endless...as are the food options. Chili Pod & 3 Rivers Brewery are outstanding. Thanks to Victoria @ Anytime Fitness, 3150 E. Main, for the 2 week pass. Super impressed w/that facility. Helped keep the weight gain to a minimum from Brewmaster Austin's IPA's @ 3 Rivers.

Farmington is home.
Farmington is home. My fiance and I come once or twice a month to visit my family and friends here. Many things to do such as going to the mall and stores and going for a drive to Navajo Lake. Just enjoy seeing everyone and the scenery here. Many restaurants to choose from as well.Get groceries from Sam's Club and Farmers Market to take back home w us here in Montrose Colorado.

Definitely would recommend 3 Rivers Brewery for food.
Definitely would recommend 3 Rivers Brewery for food. We went there twice, definitely try both places, the restaurant and the pizzeria. Both were fantastic, pizza was exceptional. Beer and the cider they make are really good!
We rented a pontoon at Navajo Lake Marina for a full day. The lake is beautiful and the people working at the boat rental place were so kind and nice!

The hotel was great.
The hotel was great. It was a little bit of a drive to where all the restaurants and shopping were. There is a lot to do in the area. We will be going back so that we can do what we missed. It is very easy to get around. We especially enjoyed the Veterans Memorial and walking around the river.

It's sad to say that Farmington is just a dirty little town.
It's sad to say that Farmington is just a dirty little town. They have some great views, that's about all the good I have for them. The town is full of crime and drug addicts. The town feels oddly industrial.
There is an area 'downtown' that has some cute shops but the riffraff in the area make it daunting.

Don't know. Couldn't wait to get out of the Roadway Inn.
Don't know. Couldn't wait to get out of the Roadway Inn. Parking lot was dirty, Lobby was dirty, carpet was filthy and desk clerk was less than helpful. No soap in room, window would not open, air conditional was so noisy, couldn't sleep. There were people on the property looking like they were waiting for their drug dealer. At 6:30 in the morning there was a knock on the door. A young black man with a baseball cap on was standing outside the door. He knocked several times. After about 10 minutes, he left.
Overall, we were not molested, shot and the car was not damaged. That's the only good things I can say about the experience.
Basically, everything about this hotel was fantastic. We loved the lady checking us in, we loved the lady working the breakfast spread, we loved the room - mattress was super perfect - there was nothing about this place we would change. In fact, the next time we visit NM, which we do every October, we will change our plans to make sure we stay here. And Farmington has the BEST Mexican restaurant not far away - the Tequila.
The reviews for this hotel are false ! My family wasn't safe at the place . There was a homeless person sleeping on a mattress outside our room , there was a tic in the bathroom, the carpet was extremely dirty with red stuff which looked like dry blood and they had a sliding door that wasn't secure We ended up renting another hotel at best wester plus
The breakfast was basic (scrambled egg, meat protein, potatoes, waffles, assorted juices, cereals, pastries/ breads and fruit) but always full. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room and hotel decor (Carpeting, lighting, furniture) were a bit dated, but clean. The staff was very friendly and helped me in every way I asked.
A fantastic little gem of a hotel very reminiscent of an old Spanish villa. Rooms all faced a private, interior courtyard and garden area. Room was well decorated, clean and comfortable. Staff was outstanding - super friendly. One of the best parts was the included homemade breakfast entrees which were delicious and are changed each day.
I've lived in Farmington and was very pleasantly surprised by the property. It was located at the end of the street, very nicely landscaped, the room was decorated in a Southwest style - could have been a Santa Fe B&B. Coffee beans + grinder available in the room. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely stay there again.
Nice hotel. Large room big enough to maneuver with luggage and a cooler. Beds were comfortable. Black out shade really helped. Small bathroom. Every employee I came in contact with was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good and coffee was perfect.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was fairly new and the rooms were spacious and clean. There was coffee, tea or cold drinks available and even a chilli if we wanted some for dinner. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice.
Breakfast was always warm and well stocked, staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Wifi worked quickly, I was able to work from the hotel without issue. Location is very convenient and easy to access.
We checked out before breakfast if it was offered at this location. We were relocating and the hotel is pet friendly. This was a big factor in deciding our stay here.
