Town of Columbia was great.
Town of Columbia was great. Motel was not one we'll return to. Room carpet was filthy. Needed painting in room and bath. Towels were very thin. Stayed under the owners rooms who were up at 4 am. For cost of $168 not acceptable.

Justin was really nice & courteous at checking but after that it all went down hill. We went up to our room and was immediately hit with a smell like they were trying to cover a smell. We get in the room to turn on the air and ants are crawling all over the vent.
We would was our hands and it would never drain.
No one ever told us about the back door but after a long night we came back, there were no parking spots, ok fine, but we go to the backdoor to use get in...doesn't work. As we walk back to the front office cops come. We get to the front office ask if our cards stopped working and was met with attitude because we were trying to get in.
Do not recommend staying here.

Area is in "olde" town of Columbia.
Area is in "olde" town of Columbia. Surrounded by University buildings, a major hospital center and loads of small cafe choices. Spent hours just walking the streets taking it all in! Great location. Never but a few steps from a coffee or a smoothie.

Columbia, Mo is a beautiful town with its most notable feature being the University of Missouri. (Mizzou)
I've been very impressed with the architecture at the university. Even the new buildings they are adding on stay in line with the old architecture. Many of the Greek houses are just gorgeous!!
The city is very clean, and I always see a large police presence whenever I am there. This is the first year my son has attended Mizzou and I have been very impressed.

There was an authentic Indian Restaurant only steps from the hotel, and the hotel had 2 bars in which to relax while planning the next day's activities. While in the downstairs bar, Hannah was my favorite bartender - sweet, smart, funny, and lovely, the perfect person to strike up a conversation with.
From check-in to check -out we had a great experience with this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was provided as described and there was a great variety of both hot and cold options. The hotel as whole was well kept and quiet and was in a great location with lots of food and shopping options nearby. This was also located very close to the Mizzou campus which was the reason for our visit. We will definitely book here again in the future.
The location of the hotel was good and the staff seemed nice. I didn't like that my card was charged an extra $50 for the stay. Maybe I missed that in the paperwork but I don't remember reading about that. I eventually got it back on my card though. The room itself was nice but there were minor cosmetic issues such as paint on the curtains, dented lamp, and a weird gap under the thermostat. Which wasn't a big deal but still wanted to mention it in the review. Overall a good stay!
The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was OK, and we appreciated the convenient location for our road trip stop-over. Staff was friendly and helpful in choosing a room that was close to the door where we could park. The mini fridge worked great, and the breakfast was handy. Although unloading our luggage was a nuisance because of the interior hallway, it WAS nice to be able to walk down an interior hallway to breakfast! One mom and her kids came down in jammies!
We were returning home to California from a cross country trip to Florida. All I can say is I wish there were Drury hotels further west. This is our second experience at a Drury hotel and it was our best accommodation on our whole trip so far, and we’ve been on the road for two weeks. Our room was excellent, very clean, comfortable and roomy. We love the happy hour and dinner that is available. And the location off I-70 was perfect.
Convenient Iocation, privacy and minimum noise because I request for room away from elevator.
We liked the updated bathroom with nice pressure shower. They need more hangers to dry off your towels if you reusing them. Many hotels give their guests this environment friendly option.
Breakfast was fine but scrambled eggs need a new recipe(!)
Terrible service, completely dirty bathroom with urine on the toilet, stained sheets, cigarette hole, air conditioning that did not work, the person who helped me asked for my credit card when I was already in your application, lack of consideration that I had my son two months old and the weather was ugly with rain, I never recommend it
Best Western is a great place to stay at, the room was clean and well stocked, and the breakfast was delicious! The manager Ms Sonali was super warm and welcoming. She went all out to make it a comfortable stay for me and felt like home away from home. Thank you so much for your great hospitality!
Staff was very nice and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable and the bed was comfortable too. Water pressure in the shower was good as well. We usually stay at a holiday inn when we travel and usually have a good experience. It’s always been reliable for us.
Everything about our stay from staff to the room and the hospitality we were shown. The area was comfortable for us to get a walk and see a little bit of Columbia. I would stay there again in a heart beat.
great location, had a great coffee shop, taproom and Glen’s Cafe was excellent.
Hotel had lots of character and old charm. Convenient and inexpensive parking across the street in a parking garage.
I have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff is extremely gracious. Hot breakfast. Easy access to University of Missouri and I70. clean room. Safe environment. will stay again.
We were in Columbia for our first Mizzou football game. The hotel's proximity was excellent from our tailgate. The hotel was convenient, clean, and hospitable.
The room was very clean and nice. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the sheets were nice and clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast varieties that were offered.
The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and having a box to put your hotel key in, made for a fast and easy check out. I will definitely recommend!
