I love the Arlington area.
I love the Arlington area. I come here every year for the Cowboys Games. I now know my way around Arlington. This has everything you need if you don't plan on going out side of Arlington. Tons to do from eating out at a restaurant, movies, shopping, nail salons. You name it.

The hotel was undergoing renovation.
The hotel was undergoing renovation. The in room phone did not work and there was no effort to fix it during our stay. The water pressure was awful. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The in room hair dryer didn't work. Did not offer in room wifi.

Only went for Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor, this trip was for the kid. The kid had a great time, probably enjoyed HH more. As an adult, I found most of the staff at Six Flags to be utterly lacking in simple courtesy or offering any sense of customer service at all. A couple of the ride monitors barely spoke English, which is very disconcerting if one has a question about one of the more advanced rides. We won’t be going back. I’m sure Arlington has a lot more to offer in entertainment for grown-ups, though, and I’ll be up for that.

Loved how Six Flags Over Texas, Texas Live!, and all the stadiums are literally within minutes of each other. So many great things to experience and see. The tour of the AT&T home of the Cowboys stadium is a must, as well as Texas Live! The Rangers Republic restaurant in there had fantastic food and service, the Margarita Fest looked like a blast, and all the sports monitors and fun games in the Sports & Social bar is a great way to unwind and have fun with family or friends.
The staff was absolutely fantastic, we are coming back in a few months to stay again. I had a list of the ladies who worked while our stay so I could name them all personally.... Everyone was so helpful and so very nice. Always willing to make our stay better. I loved being on the top floor and looking out the lights of Arlington were beautiful. Our rooms were clean and had everything we needed. I have and will continue to come back to this hotel..
nobody should book this property. There was very
scary environment. Reception was a in a prison
like. The receptionist protected himself by Body
guide by the client are in open. Initially we have enter
the hotel but cancelled it. we requested them to refund
the money but sorry to say they committed to refund
but still not refunded. Booking. com should remove
this hotel from their site.
I had a special client event at the Hilton Garden Inn in Arlington/Dallas. We actually had Mike Tyson make a guest appearance at corporate event in their conference room. I have to say Brienna Roberts and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to help accommodate. Both my stay and the event went fantastic. Brienna felt like a true collaborative partner.
Everything! This hotel exceeded our expectations! We loved the room, and the staff! Next time we come to Arlington we will be staying here!! The room provided a comfortable, clean bed. The kitchen was awesome! The staff was nothing but accommodating the entire stay!! We just really enjoyed it, and will definitely be back!!
Room was clean and comfortable. Could control our AC in room. Pillows were comfortable. Staff was helpful checking in. Breakfast selection was good. Felt safe in parking lot at night. Will be staying here again. All of these are the most important thing to me about a hotel. The pros of this place highly outweigh the cons.
The breakfast was hot. Most places now only offer cold breakfast so it was delightful to be offered hot breakfast each morning.
Location was great. Hotel smack dab in the middle of the action. AT&T Stadium, Texas Rangers Stadium. GLOBAL LIFE FIELD. ETC.
PEOPLE are friendly and accommodating.
This is a great hotel. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good. We really liked the security measures they take. We felt very safe there. This is the hotel we will always stay in from now on when visiting Arlington!
Breakfast was great, rooms were clean and smelled good. Proximity to the Arlington entainment venues was excellent and once the road construction is complete accessibility in and our of the hotel will be very good!
