Ease of check in, had issue with room and was changed swiftly, nice heated pool on roof (has removable roof itself so open at that time of year when other hotels had closed their pools)

The room was wonderful, clean, and very spacious with everything you need.we had a fresh fruit plate and a dried fruit plate on arrival in our room,which was a lovely touch.
The breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety for everyone.
The hammam was incredible,swimming pool and sauna very nice.
Location of the hotel is great,lots of public transport within a few mins walk.lots of restaurants and coffee shops around.
I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back soon,hopefully!

Great location! You have metro station or tramvay all couple of minutes from hotel. Hotel has great panoramic view SPA on 6th floor and restaurant on 7th! Yasar who is hoast of SPA and managing it was so kind and realy friendy also Stacy who is working there! Other hotel personel was so nice to us, and helpful and specially guest relation manager, lady who was welcoming us on breakfast and on entrance of hotel was very kind and warm. Room was big enough and clean and comfort. We recomend this place to stay and Istanbul as must visit!!
