The beach was beautiful and clean, room was clean.
The beach was beautiful and clean, room was clean. Bed was slightly hard (just my opinion).
Good choice of food for breakfast.
Villa pool was great, they also accommodated two villas side by side, so we weren't far away from our adult sons.
Nothing was a problem and the staff (apart from 1) were very pleasant and happy to help.
Would definitely stay there again 😁

I recommend this hotel for any visitor.
I recommend this hotel for any visitor. The variety of different rooms available, the assortment of entertainment for children, the immediate access to the wonderful beach, the "fire performers" within close proximity at night, the total seclusion you can enjoy if required, the assortment of food at breakfast, the great menu at the evening restaurant, along with the wonderful staff make this an enjoyable vacation destination.

If your disabled in a wheelchair i would think twice Koh samui like most places in Thailand lack full use of pavements, it's safer to walk on the road. Most Thai people are great and the young teens will respect you as you respect them. Area is safe to walk at night if you slip a teen a 200 bhat they will give you a life on the back of their bike.

Chaweng is a quiet, clean family beach.
Chaweng is a quiet, clean family beach. But if someone is looking for some water sports the facilities may be limited. There are a number of massage parlours in the area. So after a good time in the beach one can relax and rejuvenate for the next day. There are a variety of restaurants offering different cuisines. For a foody there are many options.

Cheweng is extremely busy, very loud, traffic non stop,...
Cheweng is extremely busy, very loud, traffic non stop, walking difficult as pavements very small and uneven and the road too busy to walk on. Prices for food and drink expensive for Thailand. There is however plenty of choice for eating and drinking and for people who want a full on party experience type holiday they certainly won't be disappointed! Beach was very nice however often it wasn't there due to high tides.
The most important thing is that the room was very clean. Everything seemed to be newly bought. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There was hot water in a shower.
Air conditioner worked perfectly. Wi-fi was fast.
Breakfast was basic but delicious. The owner was really friendly and helpful. When we requested early breakfast she especially made it for us. Location is also good - quiet neighborhood but near Chaweng city center and Koh Samui airport. There is also a lot of space to park car or scooter.
Staff were very friendly, always smiling, hard working and quick to please. Breakfast was amazing.
The ‘luxury’ bungalows were roomy and very comfortable, as was the king size bed. The pools were great. The water was warm. No problems getting sun beds at the pool or at the beach. There were half a dozen decent restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the resort. The restaurant at the resort was also quite good. We ate there twice.
Wonderful Thai massage on the beach by the resort.
We usually stay in the quieter Lamai beach but decided on Chaweng as Koh Samui was only re-opening after Covid and we guessed (correctly) that Lamai would be too quiet this time. Chaweng can be a bit noisy but the hotel was a perfect retreat. Nice room, lots of swimming pool options, great location on the beach, excellent housekeeping, great breakfasts and above all, fantastic staff. Prices were lower than usual this year, I just hope we can afford to stay here again next time!
I think Koh Samui in general is a tourist rip off. The hotels are very expensive and the amenities within the hotel, food, laundry, airport transfer etc are a rip off!! Sae temperatures and swimming pool temperatures in the mid 30,s doesn't make for any relief to the heat. The lack of English spoken on an island which is 90% reliant on tourism makes for a frustrating time. We personally wont go back to Koh Samui, however i do accept different strokes for different folks is OK
My friend and I really enjoyed this resort, so much so we booked it again for the end of our stay in Koh Samui. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast. The grounds are really lush and gorgeous; beautiful, natural setting. The beach is lovely and sea very calm. The main street is very close, with lots of bars, restaurants, live music, money changers, etc if needed, but resort bungalow very quiet at night. A wonderful place.
Great little hotel situated off the beaten track in Koh Samui. It is a nice base with good sized rooms, large, clean bathrooms and is overall great value for the money. There is a nice pool area overlooking the water with steps where you can walk straight onto the beach and a nice pool bar which serves homemade food and drinks. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend if you want something quiet and relaxing for a few days out.
Really loved the location as it's right next to the famous Chaweng Beach and there are many interesting things around, such as the Central Samui mall and Chaweng Night Market. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Guests can use the loungers on the beach by just placing their resort towels on them. This place has a nice restaurant and a pretty decent breakfast was included with my stay.
The hotel facilities are new, hotel is beutifull with kind service and personal all around, many pools of all kinds, the breakfast is remarkable! Probably the best in Koh samui hotels. Cleaning level is very high, no doubt a great high standart hotel with all the goods you can ask for.
7 min drive fron chaweng area (250 Bhat)
Many beutifull places for pictures with infinity pools and gardens.
The staff were exceptional and the property was very clean and maintained. Had to stay an extra night due to a missed flight and they provided a later check out time at a discounted price. Pool was very clean and loved that we were able to use the bean bags on the beach at the Synenergy resort at no extra cost. Would 100% stay again.
Grand Bungalow was very nicely appointed. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fabulous. This is probably the most lovely resort on Chaweng Beach, and it really is a Garden. The pool is very nice, as are the lounge chairs around the beach and pool. Our room was about 50 steps from the ocean. Great swimming in very clean water.
Superb resort hotel located right on a really nice stretch of Chaweng beach. Lovely gardens and setting. Room was a decent size and very comfortable. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. This was a genuine five-star experience and not overly expensive for what you received.
loved everything about this beautiful resort in middle of chaweng beach, specially the front desk May, which she was very friendly and helpful.
I recommend this resort to anyone
The property was clean, not too big of a resort, very nice and clean beach, friendly staff, quiet, breakfast was very good and lot of options for restaurants around.
Great hotel, perfectly located between the beautiful beach as well the busy area of Chaweng for restaurants and shopping. Would recommend for your stay in Koh Samui
