Not very much happening here but it was right for us as we wanted a quiet holiday. Restaurant Il Paguro was a surprise in terms of fish dishes, definitely would have chosen it to the punta negra hotel restaurant where the service was rushed for nothing, late and unpleasant and the spaghetti arrived in clumps (horror)..
There is a small supermarket and the bus station is very handy to reach alghero (the tabacchi does not sell tickets so you either go to a small room-transformed-in-shop place to buy the tickets or you download the dropticket up and do it from there (very handy)
Tranquille, silencieux, eau cristalline, plongeon possible en même en ville, plages accessibles à pied.
Centre ville moderniste.
Restaurants Il Paguro (poisson, crustacés) et SottoPrua (vue sur l'étang et pont romain),

Very special sea village built during the Fascist period (...
Very special sea village built during the Fascist period (have a look at the architecture of the school) and populated by Istrian exiles after world war II. Close to the airport and Alghero. Good restaurants and beautiful sea.
Peaceful.
If you want to visit the area it's better to rent a car.

No air con. No tv. You pay extra for real fruit juice.
No air con. No tv. You pay extra for real fruit juice. Extra for breakfast things like soft eggs. Mean with towels. Limited pool hours. No bathroom toiletries for “eco” reasons but plastic water cups wrapped plastic bags! We stayed in 2 other hotels in Sardinia and paid a quarter the price for a much much better experience.
Hotel is just few steps of the sea, the view from our room was amazing - when you open the window the sea is just few meters near you … breakfast is good , food from the restaurant is very tasty. The pool is also very good . The only minus was the beach near the hotel - may be because was the beginning of the season the small beach near the hotel was covered of sea grass . But you can stay to the pool and take a bath in the sea….
Historical center of Alghero is about 10 minutes by car . Overall a very pleasant 3 days experience .
The location is perfect, Punta Negra beach and the bus stop to Alghero/Airport is really close.
The neighborhood is quiet, our room and the bathroom was clean, the breakfast was perfect! The host, Pina is really friendly, however she doesn’t speak english.
Giulia helped us with everything, she and her husband Marco took us to beautiful places around Fertilia, which was the best part of our journey!
We came at the end of September, so the place was really quiet and half empty, which was perfect. We had a nice mobile home with 3 bedrooms and great terrace. The beach was just across the street (3 minutes), staff very nice and helpful. There is a restaurant and a shop inside, little town of Fertilia very close (with a supermarket and some bar and restaurant) and Alghero is not far away either.
The hosts were very friendly and made the check in and check out times super flexible. The location was great, Fertilia is much quieter than Alghero, but you can still get a bus easily to Alghero or to the airport, or rent a bike. The apartment is right beside a small but very charming beach (Punta Negra). For the price pretty unbeatable :)
property was a lovely boutique hotel located on a private beach. We loved the all- inclusive breakfast which had something for everyone. We loved that the chairs and umbrella were included and assigned to you for the entire stay. The staff — from the front desk to the wait staff — are welcoming and friendly.
The hotel is located on a Beach with white sand and crystal clear water. There are two snack bars located near by also the Hotel pool bar opens from 1st June.
The hotel is very clean
The staff are super friendly and very helpful.
There is a Local Bus service that runs a regular route into Alghero
The private beach made the cost well worth it. It was not the cheapest hotel on the island, but just having your own beach to walk down to which wasn't busy was amazing. The reception staff were very helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Was nice to have a little balcony. Great cocktails at the bar.
The location is amazing for a beach holiday, towels sunbeds, umbrellas all included. crystal clear sandy beach. Others told us to visit other beaches, we’ve seen a few and nothing compares to this sort of private beach of the hotel.
the view, the breakfast and the staff are also exceptional.
Hotel was great. Lovely staff, great food, happy with room and swimming pool. Unfortunately the beach was unusable and was in the process of being cleared of seaweed and washed up sea plants. It would be better if it had been cleaned before tourists arrive.
I had a great stay at Villa Grachira. It felt more like staying at someone's home than a hotel. Rafaella was always helpful and was happy to help with all my questions. I hope to come back with friends or family for more time at this beautiful location.
I liked the fact that it was the nicest looking building in Fertilia. The apartment was nice and spacious. Plus location is great just around the corner from the main strip. The whole place was immaculate on our arrival and the host is friendly.
The location is great close to the best beaches and to Alghero to go out at night. The common areas at the hotel are amazing: views, infinity pool, restaurant, lounge terrace. The view from the ocean front rooms are unbeatable!
Spectacular location on the water. Our room was spacious and sunny. Fertilia is a quiet area within easy driving access to the old quarter of Alghero. Rafaella our host was lovely.
Very poor camping nowdays. Maybe in past, it was OK . There are better places to stay around Alghero and Fertilia , in same price. We had problem with insect, ants.
Friendly staf, nice room, free upgrade, nice beach, HAPPY HOUR, buy 2 drinks, pay one.
