I like everything of my stay but after staying for 10 days no upgrade, no free laundry & the day I checked out 6:00am they offered complimentary breakfast… they should have done one day before & I would have definitely taken. Left one bag and my cap is MISSING… if it had been an ordinary cap I would not make a hue & cry but this cap I watched Australian Open Melbourne 2024 & had bought it. The Manager called Manish said he would check CCTV but till now not found. As you can see my photos I came & donated 24 lakhs for building a monastery & then my husband played tennis match & won & distributed his prize money to the ball boys.

On my first I actually wrote a bad review as it was really bad experience with stinky carpets, what ever order we gave from menu was not available and taste of food was terrible. Only plus point was the housekeeper who was so helpful and smiling. Since last year this hotel seems to have risen like a phoenix. Everything and everyone are number one. Food is sooo delicious. And I like the conservationist mode. Please keep it up as I am going to keep coming. Kudos to your entire team.

Environment was homely and the breakfast arrived in our room on time. The host also arranged a cab to the airport for us. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place in Siliguri/Bagdogra.
