Very convenient - could come and go as i pleased. Room spacious with cooking facilities and sink. Bed v comfy. Nice balcony with view. Good shower. Some nice welcome gifts inc a small bottle of wine.
Best bit was being woken by the cockerels, geese and the bells on the sheep. (may not be appreciated by everyone!)

Katelios is a very quiet, relaxed and friendly place. The swimming is safe and there are sunbeds and beach umbrellas. There are a number of restaurants along the sea front so you are spoilt for choice - one for each day of the week! Would highly recommend it.Debra - 8.0Scored 8.0

A very peaceful location close to the town of Katelios where there are many bars and restaurants. The Hotel only has five rooms so plenty of space for everyone around the large pool. This is perfect for a relaxing holiday however if you want to travel around the island it is best to hire a car. Katelios is a small fishing village.
Katelios is a small fishing village. We got a taxi from the airport to our accommodation for 50 Euro. There are a couple of small supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants and bars. We had previously stayed in katelios, but our accomodation was a long walk to the beach. This year we stayed in The Medusa, which is just a few steps to the beach and restaurants. If you want somewhere quiet to relax and unwind Katelios would be ideal. If you want the shops there is a bus at 11am to Skala, it returns at 16.00pm. Over the two years we have stayed in Katelios we have found all the restaurants have served good food and very friendly.StephanieUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Nice small village, right on the sea, nice choice of restaurants, good food. nice as a base to see other areas on southern part of Island and nice to be there for the evenings and to relax and walk to restaurants and bars. Great to sit in restaurants next to the beach/sea to eat at night, very relaxed atmosphere , nice staff in all restaurants we visited. Our small hotel was lovely and we enjoyed swimming in the sea each day after our travels and before breakfast. Busy enough but not crowded. All in all lovely relaxing break.MaureenUnited Kingdom

Kitchenette area rather small, but was what I expected - we were able to cook a few meals. Effective shower over bath. Room cleaning was efficient and the cleaners were friendly. The pool was excellent, probably larger than I expected. I swim 4 times a week at home, so I really appreciated the size of the pool at Aligis Studios. Plenty of sunbeds. Location - Katelios is a relatively quiet area, with good eating options.

Great location for all the local restaurants, Alexis Cocktail bar is a lovely way to start your evening, great drinks and great staff. Breakfast was perfect, a great choice and delivered to your balcony at a time you choose. The room is cleaned every day with fresh linen and towels. The host was very helpful and there whenever you needed him. We would highly recommend Casa Montzo boutique hotel to all.

And even Katelios is indeed a bit far from the main attractions on the island, we really enjoyed our rides to various places. For us, Aligis will certainly be a an option on our next visit to this beautiful island

The apartment was a super base only a few minutes away from the beach and all amenities. It was clean, comfy and cool, set in gorgeous surroundings and with a great view of the sea, olive groves and mountains. We will most certainly go back! Katelios is unspoilt, small and simple with great little restaurants along the beach and friendly locals.
