The hotel couldn't have been better placed in Woburn town centre. Literally within walking distance of everything you needed - as long as that was eating and drinking as there isn't a great deal else to do! Hotel was clean and well laid out, staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the lovely girl on reception, and the food was very good. The only downside was that the restaurant was overlooked by the kitchen so it did feel a bit like a canteen. Other than that, very satisfied with the hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Very good breakfast, we had the choice of anything we wanted. Excellent location for attractions such as Bletchley Park, the Grand Union Canal, and the Marston Vale Line.
Spotlessly clean and well maintained.
Woburn is beautiful, the safari is amazing! The walking trails are beautiful! Green king takes advantage of this!! Road noise was horrendous 😱from around 4.30 am! The place was great but if I was to return if I couldn’t have a rear room I wouldn’t go!!

We stayed over to break the journey up from Newcastle to Kent. We went to Woburn safari park, it was amazing, drive around the safari as many times as you want up until an hour before the park closes, takes on average 1hr to 1:45 to do a circuit. Then there’s the walk safari which was ok. Nice leisurely walk. Would definitely visit here in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the lovely town of Woburn. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped for the money. The manager was delightful and helpful, and so were all the staff. I stayed for one night to meet some friends and enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a baby. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cosy and friendly place to stay in Woburn.

They are not family friendly at all please don't sell this hotel as family friendly and also they are not speacial needs friendly at all they couldn't accommodate my autistic son which we then had to leave with family at home!
Breakfast is very small and very poorly cooked, they served the adults and the children had to wait 20mins after the adults for their food which the adults food was finished also there was not a lot of choice for children at breakfast leading me to think they would not like children to stay there.
Fire alarm went off at 6.20am with no staff checking on guest and not even a sorry (later found out it was staff error in the kitchen of not opening an extractor fan) we had frightened children in our room! Then when getting back to to sleep the cook started to play music full blast under our room at 7 20am which you could hear crystal clear in our room again with no sorry from staff.
No water for showers in my room lead us to have to use another room across a busy bar to get a shower and then return to our room to get ready which was laughable.

The safe in the room was locked by a previous guest and we were unable to open it. We reported it and the receptionists were very unhelpful and told us some safes in hotel not working and waiting for a locksmith. This meant we had to carry passports and jewellery with us constantly. Room was above the bar and was so noisy we could actually hear the conversations below!! The floor in the room was very uneven and on a slope. We would not consider this hotel to be a 4* rated hotel.
After booking the Havisham House last minute, I was more than blown away with the place. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating if he'd tried. I had the twin room, which is well furnished, beds & pillows were really comfy, the decor was fantastic & the overall appearance of the place is wonderful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes a bit of luxury whilst being away & a nice haven for couples to spend some time in & around Woburn too.
This is a beautiful traditional Hotel with lovely decor. I love the outdoor area and gardens. The bedroom's were very clean with plenty of toiletries and towels. Bed was very comfortable with a lovely fluffy duvet and bed linen. Windows could be opened which to me is a huge bonus! Great location in the village and proximity to lovely walks within the Woburn Park.
The Hotel is very well presented and has tasteful fixtures and fittings. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Benjy who would be an asset to any company in the service/hospitality industry. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and has excellent food matched by the staff level of service.
We had a wonderful stay at Havisham House with its beautiful rooms and garden. Adam is a kind and generous host and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We were particularly appreciative of his recommendations for restaurants and bars, and as a result we dined well in Woburn and look forward to returning.
Located in heart of Woburn village, with excellent Italian restaurant 50yds away. On street parking opposite. Beautifully appointed property, stylishly designed with an eclectic and tasteful art collection. Adam was the perfect host; warm, welcoming and treated us as his house guests. Highly recommended.
Havisham House is really well located in Woburn, close to a number of lovely restaurants.
The accommodation is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Comfortable beds and very quiet, for a good night's sleep. Adam looked after us very well during our stay.
Central Woburn location, parking down a narrow entrance way. Rooms are outside the main pub building, quite basic but comfortable. Owner/manager very friendly. Breakfast was ok, seemed to be a language problem with the waitress/cook. But ok for the money
Very convenient Hotel. Central Woburn with all its facilities.
Breakfast was very good and lovely scrambled egg for the baby. Very welcoming.
Our accommodation was perfect for our extended family altogether but separate. Will definitely stay again.
The hotel was in an excellent location to visit a number of interesting places. Leighton Buzzard railway. Magnificent Wrest Park and Ascott.
Would love to go back to The Woburn. A very friendly atmosphere. Very polite staff.
Exceptionally good B+B .

I would recommend Havisham House if you're wanting to visit the Woburn area .
