I arrived after a very stressful train journey that was halted early due to hot weather conditions. I booked via booking.com and arrived less than half an hour later. The staff welcomed me with warmth and kindness and sourced a light snack for me to take to my room. Guidance about breakfast was clear. Even though I had not anticipated a stay at this lovely hotel and inn, I would definitely revisit.
Room was spacious lovely comfy bed staff was great i stay lots hotels on weekly basis the girl who served breakfast very friendly made felt very welcome. Also I arrived late after midnight girl from reception was outstanding even though I woke them well done all. And also fantastic parking and free my big bug bearer paying for parking. And also excellent nightly rate
I stupidly booked the wrong dates rang the hotel and it was quickly and efficiently dealt with by reception. We had a family room which was spacious although lots of traffic noise so if your a light sleeper take ear plugs 👍. Lots of choice for breakfast.
Lovely hotel. Staff were warm and welcoming. Rooms comfortable and well furnished. Good facilities in room. Kettle, hair dryer, iron
Plenty of car parking.
Restaurant menu, good range of nice food
Good location with excellent food and drink options available. An early morning circular walk from the hotel followed by breakfast rounded off an excellent stay!
Perfectly reasonable hotel for the night. Well situated and comfortable. Staff polite and accommodating. Breakfast well presented and ample to start the day.
