The room was lovely and clean, the bed comfortable and a good supply of tea and coffees. There was a really good pressure in the shower. Although the hotel was full the room was very quiet and we didn't hear our neighbours or people walking past in the corridor. We were able to come and go as we pleased. The staff are friendly and polite. As a bonus the hotel is also a pub and restaurant, selling reasonably priced food and drink. The meals we had were lovely. We had a wonderful weekend.

Old school family holiday destination. Fun fair, crazy golf, donkey rides, arcades, parks, aquarium and nature land seal sanctuary. Skegness has everything from chip shops, icecreams, donuts and seaside rock. For the adults there’s shops, bars and nightlife and the embassy theatre for an excellent show.

I loved Natureland Seal Sanctuary and the Aquarium.
I loved Natureland Seal Sanctuary and the Aquarium. I walked for miles along the seafront and enjoyed Slushies and Ice cream from stalls near the clock tower. My favourite meal was a crab salad from the Seafood cafe near the Tower Gardens

Skegness has a wonderful long sandy beach.
Skegness has a wonderful long sandy beach. It’s definitely the main attraction. By day there’s the obvious huge number of amusement arcades and a funfair on the seafront. Plenty of small independent shops and cafes but not many restaurants. At night the lack of restaurants is even more acute. Having to use a car to dine out is not what most people want.

I like the seal sanctuary it would be nice if the seal sanctuary was a little bit bigger and also it would be nice so if the aquarium was extended to it would be nice if they was bus to the Skegness zoo
Great location, peaceful enough to get a good night's sleep, but not too far from the main seafront, ten min walk. Lovely hosts, very helpful. Yvonne goes the extra mile to make sure guests are happy. Amazing breakfast! Clean in all areas, comfortable and spacious room, overlooking garden. Big ensuite shower room.
If you get a chance to visit Gibraltar point, do so for the lovely views. Not far from the guest house.
Very little. The hotel has a trading name that is very similar to a large hotel chain. There the similarity ends! No attempt is made to point out the two are separate entities. I thought I had booked a Premier Inn room. What I had booked was a Premier Hotel room. Same colour logo. Skegness was full so I had no alternative other than to stay at the latter
Booking was through Booking.com
A very clean and presentable caravan, well kitted out and very comfortable.
The caravan is in a great location with plenty of facilities nearby.
Skegness caravans were very good to deal with and when the next trip is planned i will be in touch with this company.
Can i just add, i am one that says it as it is and will always give credit where it is due.
The place was very peaceful, well located as far as the amenities were concerned, a small drive is all it took to get into main Skegness, and fish and chips is literally just down the road. A lot of shops and restaurants not too far from the location which is really handy including a place we personally call "the hub" where Co-Op is and a Pharmacy.
The location is excellent - only a 5 minute walk to the main area/pier etc. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good - even catered for my vegan diet! Skegness is not somewhere we visit often, but this hotel definitely exceeded our expectations.
Breakfast was excellent. Location is good. Barbera couldn't do enough to satisfy you, nothing was too much trouble for her. Hotel very clean, rooms a little on the small side but she realises this fact, as it is reflected in her prices, but also very comfortable. And lovely little touches about the place..
The caravan was kept to a high standard with modern furnishings and everything was clean. The park isn't too far away from the main attractions and the buses into Skegness town centre are relatively frequent, and the walk is under an hour. The food available on site was delicious and good value for money!
The main bar area is lovel and a relaxing place to have a quiet drink and read. The breakfasts were excellent as always. The beer prices in the hotel bar were reasonable compared to bars in the town centre. The free parking is always a good point as parking in Skegness can be difficult or expensive.
What a delightful hotel! It's located in an area convenient to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. The hosts were great and the room was very pleasant and well equipped. The included breakfast was outstanding. For a special treat, hang out in the bar to share a pint with other travelers!
We liked how close it is to the town centre
and all activities in and around Skegness. We started every morning with a fried breakfast etc which was beautiful. Charlotte and Colin who own and run Greystones were very good host.
Beautiful hotel a 15 minute walk from the town centre etc, absolutely lovely, clean and spacious room , lovely grounds to sit in and extremely helpful and friendly staff, if you are looking for luxury in Skegness this is it
The location is great, not to far from town centre and sea front, hotel is situated in a quiet area so no disturbances. Host are very knowledgeable about the area and are super friendly.
A lovely spotless hotel and only a short walk to everything. Your hosts cannot do enough for you to make sure your stay is as pleasurable as possible with lots of personal touches.
A typical seaside B&B in an excellent location for access to the seafront & town centre. Good, unrestricted on street parking. Lovely, friendly & helpful owner. Good breakfast.
Near town centre and seafront, the room was well equipped and spacious and very clean, would highly recommend. The hosts are so friendly and kind, will definitely stay again
