Well located, easy to get to by car and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The room was a little old fashioned but comfortable enough. The real highlight though was the courtyard and restaurant. The courtyard was a delightful space in which to enjoy a pre dinner drink and then dinner. The restaurant was excellent. The staff were first class and generally spoke excellent English.
This 3-star hotel in the UNESCO-listed town of Quedlinburg offers quiet rooms, a beer garden, and free breakfast. The historic Nikolaikirche church is a 7-minute walk away.

It is a lovely small town. Easy to walk around and see the sights. Lots of restaurants and cafes, it is advisable to make reservations for dinner.
Not sure how good you can communicate in English (we are Germans). There are plenty of things to do around the area, especially if you like walking.

Quedlinburg is a beautiful market town with a multitude of cobbled lanes, fachwerk/half-timbered houses as well as a huge choise of cafes, restaurants and shops. The Schloss and the market square appear to be the two focal points of the town but there is plenty to see if you explore the quieter lanes away from the tourist centre.
One thing to be aware of - the town is not the best for wheelchair and disabled access due to the cobbled streets and lanes.

There isn't much to do, see or eat during evening unless you happen to be in the very center. For this visit I was not.
City itself has a really pleasant and historic look to it, view from the castle is also good.
This city is served by the Harzer Schmalspurbahn.
Would not rely on public transportation to get to or from this city.

A beautiful and historic town with a wealth of sites to visit - castle, churches, museums and just wandering about the old town. I was only there for 24 hours and would have loved to stay longer.
If you are only there for a brief visit, do check in advance that any particular things you want to see are open; some were closed when I was there on a Monday. But I still didn't feel short changed.

Very nice historical city with a lot of interesting houses, buildings. Good place for looooong walking (on a day we did 25 km!). The surrounding villages and towns are worth for a sightseeing, too. If you are there, try Quedlinburger, the pork version - very good. Go to the brewery for a fresh taste of beer (without filter) and eat a leg of a pork: 1 portion is more than enough for 2 persons. We are planning to come back...
Stunning expansive grounds, 3 medieval towers in property. Outstanding genuine staff, who bend over backwards to help you. The owners are more like friends. fabulous breakfast out in terrace served with pride.
the owners lice there and you can find them doing just about everything! He had a childhood dream to own a castle, it took years to refurbish, and it’s a lifetime project but they are living their dream. Only ten rooms. Up 65 stairs so pack light. I could have stayed a month. I will never forget this hotel💕
The breakfast was wonderful, they served everything you could want. The room was charming, there were minor imperfections but that's due to the beautiful old medieval building the hotel is in. Parking was slightly expensive but was conveniently located. And the location is unbeatable. its on the quieter end of Quedlinburg city center, but walking distance to literally everything you could want to see. Very clean, cool underground bar, and staff super friendly
This house had everything you need, made even things you did not realize you needed. It is cosy, warm and a very positive point is the fact that the light are motion sensitive, so you never have to walk in the dark, whether inside or outside the house. It is well located on 15 minutes of walking to the city center of Quedlinburg. The owner Stefan, while not there, was friendly and made some nice suggestions to visit places and restaurants per whatsapp.
This is a wonderful place to stay and Quedlinburg is a delightful city. There was a woman selling fresh strawberries, cherries and asparagus just outside the door, which were delicious! Easy walking distance to everything. Sadly the Abbess’s Schloss is currently closed for renovations but you can still visit the Abbey Church. Highly recommend the Audio guide town tour in English if you aren’t fluent in German ( available at tourist office).
We loved staying at this historic property in the heart of Quedlinburg. The modern apartment inside such an old building was so light, airy and spacious, and it was great to have kitchen facilities after a few days on the road. We liked just sitting in the armchairs by the windows watching the street life below - gave us such a sense of living history.
A nice option to explore the beautiful old city of Quedlinburg. The apartment is perfect, it has everything you can think of. The location is ideal, good parking option nearby, access is easy. Highly recommended. Everything was sparklingly clean and comfortable. We would love to stay again.
This apartment was such a wonderful find and made our stay in Quedlinburg truly unforgettable! The location is perfect and the apartment was incredibly spacious and comfortable with plenty of natural light. The family is so lovely and accommodating - we'd love to stay here again!
On-site parking was very convenient. Our castle room (5th floor!) was nice, we liked that the bathroom was a separate room. Very clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was great with a good buffet - lots of character in this hotel. Close to the Altstadt.
location is perfect, you will not find a better located hotel. The hotel is amazing and clean.
the family rooms are in the 4th floor, so it was hard with the kids, but the view from the rooms was wow. I still don’t know if it was worth it.
A no frills hotel within walking distance to the old town of Quedlinburg. Parking on the premises for 3€ per night. Price performance in the middle of the week is outstanding for what you get - a good room and a good breakfast.
A modern, well equipped 2 bedroom apartment in an incredible town. The apartment bordered on luxurious. Excellent breakfast at the host hotel, a short walk. Immaculate. An excellent value.
