The property is too expensive as compare to the facilities. No response at all from the services. Early in the morning, at 7:30, staff knocks your door and asks you whether you need anything? I mean, why are you asking by knocking the door every morning, If I need anything, I will call and ask for the same. While checking out, I waited for the person for my luggage but no one showed up for almost 20-30 mins. I myself took the luggage through lift. Suffice here to state that breakfast is not that worthy as compare to other branches of the RED. Tasteless food with limited variety. Cleanliness was fine and you dont find android tv which is another drawback, If u are looking for basic facilities. You have to see mostly cable Arabiic channels. If you can compromise all of the above things, then Its recommended !!!!!

Great location for attending events at ADNEC, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff. Lacks the charm and character it might have had ten years ago, limited amenities for families, not the best location for exploring Abu Dhabi outside of ADNEC. Overall, the Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi seems like a good option for business travelers attending events at ADNEC, but it might not be the best choice for families or tourists looking to explore the city.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and catered to our every need. Roger at the start was brilliant sorting a problem we had with our room, and Derrick was amazing along with security ensuring we were safe from afar. The room was simply amazing and room service was amazing too. Very comfy bed and pillows!
