Fried breakfast was extra but there was lovely fresh fruit, croissants, smoothie eccetera included in the price.

A great welcome from the owner to their beautifully restored Victorian house. it is in a marvellous location overlooking Royal Troon Golf Club. Our room was huge with views with a lovely sea view. Breakfast was first class and Elaine was extremely helpful with information about local restaurants and walks etc
