Situated in Beddgelert and with Snowdon reachable within 16 km, Sygun Fawr Country House features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar. We had a wonderful time at Sygun Fawr. The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of different choices and the staff was really helpful and kind. Not to mention the beautiful view from the garden and how well it is located within Snowdonia National Park. It really felt like a ‘home away from home’ and we can’t wait to come back.

Nestled in the Dyfi Valley, The Firecat Bed and Breakfast features large open fireplaces, exposed beams and traditional oak furniture throughout. This was such a wonderful place to stay. My room was perfect and so comfortabe (and stunning); breakfast was exceptional (some of the best sausages I've ever had); and the dinner was Michelin-quality. Robin and Jane are some of the loveliest hosts and I can't wait to book again.

Once the home of Lord Snowdon, Plas Dinas Country House now offers traditional country house accommodation set in 15 acres of beautiful grounds. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Everything was amazing. Our room, the Caroline, was beautiful. The proprietors have thought of everything. Some homemade little treats waiting for us to accompany our in room tea & coffee. Cocktail hour before dinner with delicious canapés, then the Michelan like 3 course dinner was outstanding. We couldn’t fault this property.

Tir y Coed Country House is a haven of peace and tranquillity, nestled in over an acre of mature landscaped gardens. This was a great location for our two nights in Conwy. Our room was very comfortable; the bathroom had high-end conveniences that we weren't expecting. The gardens were absolutely beautiful; we wish we'd planned for some time to sit on the veranda and enjoy the birds and flowers. We had a flat tire on our rental car while we were in Anglesey an hour away. Sandra was so helpful in advising us while we rearranged our plans so we could pick up another rental. She even called a taxi for us to get to the train station. The breakfasts were delicious, perfectly cooked with generous portions -- a great way to start a full day of adventures.

Housed in a historic building, The Old Smithy offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi in Trefriw, 25 km from Llandudno Pier. Great host, fantastic flat in good location. It was perfect a cycling holiday. 10/10

Boasting a garden and views of mountain, Bryn Elltyd Eco House is a country house set in a historic building in Blaenau-Ffestiniog, 17 km from Portmeirion. We liked the location. The grounds were pretty and it was very peaceful. Good central location for exploring Snowdonia. The host was pleasant. The bed was big and comfortable.

Located just 3 miles from Conwy, Glyn Isa Country House B&B and self catering Lodge is set in family home, dating from the 17th century, within 10 acres of private land and gardens. A charming cottage in a quite, calm and relaxing area of countryside just few minutes with the car out of Conwy. The location is convenient to visit lots of sightseeing in the north of Wells. The cottage itself is very nice decorated, high quality mattress and pillows, equipped kitchen and a generous shower for UK standards. The owners are very friendly and professional people and we really hope to see them again and spend more time there again

Situated at the foot of Cader Idris mountain, Afon Rhaiadr Country House is within the heart of Snowdonia and offers white-water rafting, kayaking and mountain biking in the local area. The property is excellently maintained and is a beautiful old house. Our hosts, Gina and Gareth were, well what can I say apart from congenial, friendly, helpful, courteous, loved a chat and a laugh. Gina went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home. The breakfast choices were amazing and meant we didn’t need lunch. We had dinner on the Saturday night and the food was delicious. They are both great cooks!

With a private beach and panoramic views over the Menai Straits, Château Rhianfa is set in a Grade II listed Victorian villa. A tennis court, We also have a wine cellar with wine tasting experiences. The setting and the views were superb. The staff were always helpful, professionall and friendly. The meals were exceptional and the hotel was so full of charm and grandeur.
