This cabin was exactly what we were looking for! A peaceful place to hang out in the morning, a close location to the Uco Valley wineries (we had a rent car) and a quiet place to sleep at night. It was a dream come true to take coffee and breakfast in the morning on the patio looking at the green lawn. Then a great experience to try our hand at BBQ in the evening in the outdoor brick oven. Everyone we met at the cabanas went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy.

Boasting impressive views of the surrounding landscape and an outdoor pool, Casa de Huéspedes La Azul offers accommodation in Tupungato. The property features free WiFi access and a chic décor. Lovely hotel/villa smack bam in the middle of the best vineyards overlooking the Andes. Next door to Bodega La Azul, the place you should have lunch at (if you can get in). Salentein is just down the road. The guesthouse is a beautiful modern villa with 6 rooms. A large pool in extensive gardens. Breakfast was good, three course dinner excellent.

A seasonal outdoor swimming pool and rooms with chic, regional décor can be enjoyed in Mendoza, 300 metres from the commercial area. A daily American breakfast is offered and Wi-Fi is free. Very simple and cozy place. Traditional architecture and charming interiors. Visiting the vineyards within the plots is trully fascinating.

El Encuentro is a small hotel in Chacras de Coria, 13 km south of Mendoza. With a rustic and elegant architecture, it features free Wi-Fi and free parking. Located in a wine region about 10km outside Mendoza was a fabulous place for us to call home for 6 nights. Close enough to Mendoza that a taxi was easy and reasonable if you want to go shopping or dining. Chacra De Coria has lovely dining options from very basic to Michelin star restaurant. We took a few bus tours, did a private horse tour, all arranged through the hotel. In the hotel we booked one of the suites. It has a king size bed, sitting area and lovely patio. Great value for money. There is a pool, wine cellar and large sitting area to relax.

Located 15 km from Mendoza, this 4-star hotel offers accommodation with an outdoor pool and a lush garden. Some rooms feature a balcony and a flat-screen TV. Incredibly helpful staff, particularly Mariana, who helped us plan and arrange activities (including lunches, wine tasting, bike hire, a hike to Aconcagua). The hotel was the best we stayed in throughout our travels through Argentina. Rooms were very comfortable and lots of small touches which set a great tone (such as a welcome drink). Dinners and breakfasts were all exceptional quality. Thanks very much Mariana!
