Beautiful grounds and lovely peaceful area. Staff exceptionally friendly and made us feel very welcome on arrival. The lady even insisted we borrow her car to do a grocery shop. We had a 2yr old and they ordered a bike seat for the bike to travel around. Lovely people. Highly recommended.

As soon as you walk inside the property you feel like being taken back it time, it is absolutely magnificent and magical. Great location close to beautiful towns like Pisa and Pietrasanta. Host was also very welcoming.

The interior, the breathtaking views, all the little touches, we had dinner with a good wine at the restaurant, we chatted with two brilliant sisters-owners and enjoyed the company of their dogs. Our stay in the charming house nestled in the Lucca region was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality by our host, making us feel right at home. The location couldn't have been more ideal, offering both tranquility and convenience, with picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. The facilities provided exceeded our expectations, catering to all our needs and ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. Overall, it was a perfect blend of everything we could have hoped for, making our time in Lucca truly memorable.

Location is brilliant, it's a bit of a walk into Lucca - especially if it is hot, but it's quiet, peaceful and great for parking. There's also a small supermarket nearby and a couple of bars and eateries. Giovanna is a great host, really easy to get hold of and looks after you if you need it - for the deposit, make sure you have cash! I completely forgot about this.

Everything was as we expected it to be. The area is relatively isolated and quiet, something we wanted to have. The host was friendly and explained everything in details. Shared some tips about local places to visit. The house was big and the beds were comfortable. We found everything we needed during our 8 nights stay. The was a barbecue which we did not use unfortunately We were pleasantly surprised by a welcome bottle of wine and cake.

A family run BnB in a typical italian house. Nothing fancy but a big comfortable bed and a nice very clean room run by very lovely and friendly people. Private parking was great. 15-20 minutes walk to the town of Lucca which just beautiful. A nice place to stay and I’d stay there again for sure. And the church bells on a Sunday were lovely to hear.
