We’ve met warm, kind, helpful and professional staff throughout our complete stay. Very comfortable and large room, big courtyard for our child to play. Several well maintained children’s activities. The hospitality was top. The owners provide you with a feeling of care and responsibility for your happiness. Location is excellent, we did some walks on the Via di Francesco, stage 8 and 9. Il Cascinale is surrounded by a large garden with olive groves and centuries-old trees. Part of the property dates back to the 18th century. Parking is free, and Assisi is 7 km away.

The rooms are decorated according to the Umbrian style, with rustic tiled floors, wrought-iron beds, and wooden furniture. Each comes with a cooling fan and heating, and a private bathroom with shower.

Our weekend here was great! The staff was extremely kind and friendly and welcomed us like friends. The place was very calm and relaxing and we got to pet their dogs and cats. The location was also really handy as it was on the countryside, so it had a quiet surrounding, but at the same time it was close enough to Perugia and Assisi to go there for day trips. I would 10/10 recommend this place!

An excellent selection was available for breakfast including: meats, cheeses, breads, cereal, yogurts, coffees, juices, water, as well as pastries. A vending machine was also available for those extra items that you might want occasionally.
