The location between gardens and golf but really close to Perth was perfect . The hotel has an old fashioned flair but in a nice way. We loved it . The staff was nice and helpful. We had a room with garden view that was great .

We felt at home in this lovely hotel despite having dog with us -they make space in the conservatory and bar for guests with dogs so Fido doesn’t have to stay in the room. Nice walks along the river, good food- happy to recommend.

Happened to meet George on arrival, such a warm person to welcome us. The room is everything you'd need for the night, as good as any hotel room! Shower was great. The whole feel and design of the room was quaint and homely - we loved it. Would highly recommend a stay here.
